In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and jl12. By completing the registration process on the jl12 Platform — including checking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up — you expressly acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

Your continued use of the jl12 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jl12 will endeavour to notify registered Users of material changes via the Platform interface or by SMS to the registered mobile number.

These Terms are supplemented by the jl12 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay matters only.

To be eligible to register and use the jl12 Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of jl12 or any of its gaming software or payment service providers;
• Not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the jl12 Platform or any other jl12-affiliated service;
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party in operating or funding the Account;
• Have provided accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration and KYC verification process.

jl12 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the jl12 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all Balances and permanent Account closure.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, Users are required to provide their full legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and such other information as jl12 may request. All information provided must be accurate and current. You agree to promptly update your registration information if any details change.

4.2 KYC Verification

jl12 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to permitting withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document accepted by Philippine authorities, such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license. jl12 may additionally request proof of address or proof of payment method ownership at its discretion.

4.3 One Account Policy

Where duplicate Accounts are detected — including Accounts linked by shared device identifiers, IP addresses, or GCash/Maya account numbers — jl12 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close all duplicates and void any associated winnings or Bonus Funds without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl12 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jl12 will never request your password via live chat, SMS, or email. Any request for your password purportedly from jl12 should be treated as fraudulent.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• You must immediately notify jl12 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• jl12 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• jl12 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account;
• Logging in from shared, public, or untrusted devices is done at your own risk.

All transactions on the jl12 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl12 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not impose currency conversion fees on Users.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl12 currently accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and InstaPay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; current accepted methods are displayed in the jl12 cashier section.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. jl12 does not impose a maximum deposit limit; however, transaction limits may apply based on your selected payment method's own terms.

6.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your jl12 Wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. jl12 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network disruptions outside its control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification. Users who have not completed KYC may not submit withdrawal requests regardless of their Wallet balance.

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

GCash and Maya withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes under standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. All processing times are estimates; actual times may vary due to system maintenance, payment provider delays, or compliance reviews.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. jl12 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals; however, payment providers may impose their own transaction fees which are the User's responsibility.

7.3 Withdrawal Destination

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the Account holder. jl12 will not process withdrawal requests to third-party accounts, regardless of the User's instructions. Withdrawal methods must correspond to at least one payment method previously used for deposit on the same Account.

7.4 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions for each bonus are detailed in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Real money funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately in your jl12 Wallet. Real money funds are withdrawable at any time subject to standard KYC requirements.

jl12 offers various promotional programs to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms;
• Each promotion is available once per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• jl12 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account closure;
• jl12's determination of whether bonus abuse has occurred is final and binding.

All games offered on the jl12 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. By placing a wager, the User confirms acceptance of the relevant game rules.

9.1 Game Integrity

jl12's RNG (Random Number Generator) based games use certified random number generation systems, the outputs of which are independently verified. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards applicable to land-based casino operations. jl12 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

9.2 Erroneous Results

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data transmission failure that causes an incorrect game result, wager settlement, or odds display, jl12 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's Wallet. jl12 is not liable for any losses claimed to have resulted from erroneous data, connectivity interruptions, or software errors outside its control.

9.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each game and table on the jl12 Platform is subject to minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. These limits may change from time to time. VIP Users may be subject to different bet limit structures; contact jl12 support for further information.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the jl12 Platform:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the jl12 Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years;
• Using the Platform on behalf of any third party;
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit the Platform's software;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated gameplay with other Users;
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or deposit reversals;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl12 support staff or other Users;
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Breach of any prohibition under this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where appropriate.

jl12 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for a minority of players and have implemented tools and policies to support those who may be at risk.

11.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

All registered jl12 Users have access to the following responsible gaming controls from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period;
• Session Time Reminders: Enable notifications at customizable intervals displaying session duration and total spend;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account gaming access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days while retaining access to pending withdrawals;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account from all gaming activity. Self-exclusions are irrevocable for a minimum of 180 days and must be requested through jl12 support.

11.2 Minor Protection

The minimum age for all jl12 gaming activity is 21 years, in strict compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age regulations. jl12 urges Users with minors in their household to take appropriate steps to prevent underage access to the Platform, including the use of device-level parental controls.

All intellectual property on the jl12 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jl12 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Users to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without jl12's prior written consent.

The "jl12" name, logo, and all associated branding are proprietary marks of jl12. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, messaging applications, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jl12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in game outcomes.

jl12's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

jl12 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. jl12 will endeavour to provide prior notice of scheduled maintenance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

jl12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable Philippine law;
• Detection of duplicate Accounts;
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating Account restriction;
• At the User's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jl12 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance and Bonus Funds. Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons, any verified withdrawable Balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jl12 support via the live chat on jl12.vip. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, subject to no outstanding compliance holds on the Account.

jl12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl12 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via a Platform notice or SMS to the registered mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, unless the changes are required sooner by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact jl12 support to initiate Account closure.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at jl12.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines and all applicable gaming regulations issued by PAGCOR.

16.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or concern arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl12 Platform, you agree to first contact jl12 support via live chat or the support email set out below and allow jl12 a reasonable period of not less than fifteen (15) calendar days to resolve the matter informally.

16.2 Formal Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
